You need a valid Passport, Visa (for the destination country), and PAN card. For amounts above USD 3,000, flight tickets are also required. Aadhaar may be needed for KYC.
Is home delivery of forex available in Kolkata?+
Yes! We offer free home delivery across all Kolkata sectors, Greater Kolkata, and Indirapuram. Delivery usually takes 30–60 minutes from order confirmation. Minimum order value applies.
How much foreign currency can I buy at once?+
For travel purposes, you can buy up to USD 10,000 (or equivalent) per trip. For medical purposes, up to USD 25,000. Business/student limits vary. All per RBI guidelines.
What is TCS on forex transactions?+
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) of 20% is applicable on forex transactions above ₹7 lakh per financial year (effective Oct 2023). It is refundable when you file your ITR. We show TCS clearly upfront.
Can I sell leftover foreign currency back?+

How long does international money transfer take?+
Most transfers reach the destination within 1–3 business days depending on the country. Transfers to USA, UK, UAE, Canada are typically next-day. We provide a SWIFT tracking reference.

Yes! Once you book your order, your rate is locked for up to 48 hours. This means even if the market rate moves against you, you pay the rate you booked at — at no extra charge.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major payment methods — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/RTGS, Debit/Credit cards, and Cash. Credit card payments attract a small convenience fee.
